Ranchero Grill Steak and Seafood Restaurant

Ranchero Grill & Steakhouse

The 1st Mindanao Food Appreciation Tour and SOCCSKSARGEN Summer Safari started off with lunch at Ranchero Grill Steak and Seafood Restaurant located at Tionko Ave. corner Arellano St., very near the Bangko Sentral building. This is not my 1st time visit, so i’m familiar with the location. I arrived at Ranchero Grill around 12:30pm as per advise by Ria for briefing whats going to happen and plus some reminders. But, I already have my lunch since Ria said almost all of the food to be serve are with pork. Having full stomach doesn’t stop me from eating again, why? because theres sea foods to feast on contrary to all pork menu warned before. I can’t resist indulging myself and i start digging in! yay!

I didn’t try all the foods for the fear of having pork ingredients, so i just feasted on Isda sa Misu (Tiyan ng Bangus), Garlic Chicken and Seafood Platter.

I started with the soup of Isda sa Misu (Tiyan ng Bangus), for every sip of this soup is so delicious that i can’t resist refilling my bowl again and again. The bangus are cook well and its belly is yum!

For all the food i love most is the Seafood Platter for its juicy chewy scallops, mussels, oysters and shrimps. The platter has crabs but i don’t know how to eat one. Maybe next time, i need someone to teach me how eat crabs.
